Speaking Engagement. In July 2017, Jason Rabinovich spoke on a panel of real estate attorneys regarding ACT 135: Abandoned and Blighted Property Conservatorship Act. The panel took place at the WeWork office in Northern Liberties. 

Settlement. In May of 2017, we successfully settled and received a significant six-figure payment on our client's behalf after a partnership dispute. Our client, an individual who wanted to retire from an LLC, was able to receive a high six-figure settlement payment from the business after private mediation with the non-retiring partner and their counsel. We were able to achieve the cost-effective result without having to file a lawsuit in court.

Settlement. In March of 2017, we successfully settled and received payment on our client's behalf against the City of Philadelphia. The City took a vacant property from our client by eminent domain and offered our client less than $10,000 for it. After several court appearances, we were able to get our client more than 10 times what the city initially offered our client for the same property before we entered our appearance. The city was also responsible for paying our client's attorney's fees.

Successful Defense. In March of 2017, we successfully defended a products liability lawsuit on behalf of our client, a local business. Our client was named as one of 10+ Defendants in a major products liability lawsuit in Philadelphia County. Our attorneys were able to have the lawsuit dismissed against our client in the very early stages of the lawsuit after filing a successful motion to dismiss.

Settlement. In February of 2017, after an informal settlement conference, Jason Rabinovich was able to secure a high six-figure settlement payout on behalf of our client, stemming from a business partnership dispute. 

Successful Arbitration Dispute. In January of 2017, after a full arbitration at the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors (GPAR), we were awarded (and collected) the full commission amount owed to our client, a real estate broker, from the opposing real estate broker who was also represented by counsel at the hearing.

Won at Trial. In July of 2016, after a bench trial, we received judgment in favor of our clients, Plaintiffs and real estate investors, against their former real estate brokerage and agent for negligence in failed real estate transaction in Philadelphia, PA. They received a money judgment in excess of their deposit moneys for all out of pocket expenses.

Foreclosure. In March of 2016, we successfully foreclosed on a commercial property in Philadelphia through a sheriff's sale on behalf of our client, a hedge fund, to collect on a mortgage note against a defaulting investor.

Won at Trial. In January of 2016, after a bench trial, we received judgment in favor of our clients, a real estate development company and a non-profit organization, to act as joint conservators in rehabilitating a blighted property in Philadelphia pursuant to Pennsylvania's Act 135, Blighted and Abandoned Property Conservatorship.

Won at Trial. In January of 2016, after a contested bench trial, we received judgment in favor of our client, Plaintiff, real estate investor and landlord, against Defendants, property managers and real estate salespersons, for negligence in failing to properly manage Plaintiff's properties.

Successful Arbitration Dispute. In October of 2015, after a court ordered arbitration, we received an award in favor of our clients, Defendant, lender, in a consumer fraud and breach of contract and warranty action against our clients' former customers.

Won at trial. In July of 2015, after a full bench trial, we received judgment in favor of our client, Defendant, Landlord, in a retaliatory eviction claim brought by our client's former tenants.

Won at trial. In June of 2015, after a full bench trial, we received and collected a money judgment in favor of our client, Plaintiff, an individual who was defrauded by a travel agency.

Won at trial. In May of 2015, after a full bench trial, we received judgment in favor of our client, Plaintiff, for a private nuisance action in Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. The Defendant, a marina, had been docking distressed boats near our client's condominium building. The judge entered judgment ordering Defendant to permanently move the visibly distressed boats away from Plaintiff's condominium building, forbidding any such future conduct, as well as a money judgment in favor of our client.

Successful Withdrawal. In May 2015, we obtained a favorable result in favor of our client, an individual Defendant, and had the case dismissed against Plaintiff, a national debt collection company, in Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. We were able to force Plaintiff to voluntarily withdraw the entire case quickly and before any discovery had taken place due to legal arguments. Plaintiff was attempting to collect on a consumer debt. 

Successful Order. In March of 2015, we received an Order granting our motion from the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and in favor of our client, a commercial tenant, striking a confession of judgment which had previously been entered in favor of the landlord and staying all execution.

New Office. We are happy to announce that we are opening a new office in Princeton, New Jersey.  

Summary. In 2014, we represented buyers and sellers in over 30 closings totaling over $35 million in transactions.

Successful Order. In March of 2015, we obtained a court order from Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas opening and striking a confession of judgment on behalf of our client, a commercial tenant.

Settlement. In December of 2014, we successfully negotiated a settlement with a national bank, the lienholder, in order to collect for our client, an auto repair facility, for significant work done to a high end motor vehicle.

Foreclosure Ceased. In September of 2014, we successfully stopped a sheriff's sale in Philadelphia. Our client, a real estate investor, purchased a property at a sheriff's sale. Unbeknownst to our client, the primary mortgage holder was in the process of foreclosing on the same property. We were able to successfully stop the sheriff's sale and foreclosure proceedings against the property.

Successful Judgment. In August of 2014, we obtained a money judgment against a Philadelphia bar and night club for personal injuries suffered by our client at the hands of the night club's bouncer / doorman.

Successful Judgment. In July of 2014, we obtained a money judgment for property damage suffered by our client as a result of water damage to our client's house caused by the negligence of the neighbor and her adjacent property. We were able to quickly and successfully collect in excess of the judgment amount for our client.

Successful Transfer. In April of 2014, we successfully obtained a court order in New Jersey transferring title of numerous properties to our client. The court order was a result of the defendants failing to comply with the terms of a previously executed settlement agreement.

Successful Judgment. In March of 2014, we successfully obtained judgments for our clients involving complex consumer contract disputes.

Successful Collection. In February of 2014, we successfully collected on several money judgments on behalf of our clients. Post judgment collection is a key focus of our firm and we pride ourselves in having a high post judgment collection rate.

Successful Defense. In January of 2014, we successfully defended several of our corporate clients from consumer litigation by obtaining dismissals prior to trial.

Successful Recovery. In November of 2013, we successfully recovered insurance funds for our clients as a result of a motor vehicle claim.

Successful Defense. In October of 2013, we successfully defended two companies against a consumer fraud litigation in Court mandated Arbitration proceedings.  The Arbitration panel unanimously found in favor of our clients and and dismissed the Plaintiff's lawsuit.

Case Dismissed. In August of 2013, we successfully dismissed a consumer fraud action against a Used Car Dealership from the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas in favor of private binding arbitration.

Case Dismissed. In August of 2013, we successfully defended several motor vehicle accident actions in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.  We were able to get dismissals prior to trial.

Successful Recovery. In August of 2013, we successfully recovered full payment for a bad check previously issued to our client. 

Successful Collection. In July of 2013, we successfully obtained payment from an insurance company in relation to a motor vehicle accident. 

Award. In June of 2013, Jason Rabinovich was elected to the George Mason University School of Law Alumni Board of Directors.  Mr. Rabinovich looks forward to proudly serving on the Board of his alma mater. 

Successful Order. In June of 2013, we successfully obtained through a Court order a new and marketable certificate of title to a motor vehicle which was purchased at an auto auction without a title.

Successful Transfer. In March of 2013,  we successfully transferred a six-figure foreign judgment into Florida.  The transfer of the judgment was contested. We were able to collect on the judgment.  

Settlement. In March of 2013,  we received a favorable settlement for our client through litigation in Philadelphia Court against an out of state company.  The litigation involved a collection dispute between our client, a Pennsylvania company, and an out of state company that was refusing to pay its invoices to our client. The settlement was personally guaranteed by the company's owner.  The Court also awarded us monetary sanctions against opposing counsel. 

Successful Order. In February of 2013, we successfully obtained a new and marketable certificate of title to a motor vehicle which was abandoned by the owner in a Philadelphia auto repair facility.

Settlement. In November of 2012, we received a favorable settlement for our client through a litigation over a commercial real estate property located in Philadelphia. The settlement was secured for our client from a national federally-chartered bank.

Settlement. In October of 2012, we received a  favorable settlement for our client, an automobile finance company located in Pennsylvania, through litigation involving a fraudulent title to a motor vehicle.  The settlement was from an out-of-state dealership.

Successful Order. We obtained a title to a motor vehicle for our client, a Florida company, through a highly contested litigation against a dealership in Florida.

Settlement. In June of 2012, we received a favorable settlement for our client through litigation.  The Defendants, a towing company and a national auto auction company, damaged our client's vehicle during the transport and/or storage of the vehicle.  We were able to receive a settlement that covered all of our client's expenses.

Successful Defense. In June of 2012, we helped our client defend the transfer of a $500k+ foreign judgment in Florida.

Evictions. We have helped landlords in Philadelphia successfully evict tenants for non-payment of rent and other breaches of lease.

Motor Vehicle Disputes. We have obtained various types of equitable relief for our clients, including numerous replevin and break orders in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida for the return of motor vehicles.

PA, NJ, FL. We have successfully defended lawsuits, as well as negotiated generous settlements, on behalf of debtors from debt collectors in Pennsylvania,  New Jersey, and Florida.

Settlement. We obtained a successful settlement, through litigation, for our client for the right to use a Copyright, software, Patent, and Website from an out-of-state Defendant.

Payment. We obtained full payment for damages to a Florida condominium that occurred as a result of a leak from an upstairs neighbor.

Open Default Judgment. We successfully opened and vacated a default judgment in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas in favor of a local auto dealership.  We then successfully defended the auto dealership in Court involving a consumer transaction.

Injunction. We obtained injunctive relief, as well as money judgments, for our client against numerous lien companies and garages in Florida to stop the sales of motor vehicles through mechanic's lien auctions.

Successful Order. We obtained an Order of Paternity for a client in Florida.

Successful Judgments. We have obtained numerous money judgments against construction companies for faulty installations and remodeling projects in condominiums and homes in Florida, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.

Successful Orders. We have successfully obtained relief from the automatic stay in Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bankruptcy Courts on behalf of secured creditors.
